- Your email Order confirmation and any delivery update go here, so it can be an address you read at your own hours rather than one you check occasionally.
The recipient's side
- Their side of the form A Massachusetts street address with its ZIP code — that is what decides the route and the dates you are offered.
- The date you want Chosen on the product page. The window is shown and confirmed at checkout.
- Their telephone A local number, so a driver who cannot get in has somewhere to turn.
Check the address before you order
Type the ZIP code you have been given. If it is a Massachusetts one, it is in the area; if it is not, you will be told plainly rather than finding out at checkout.
Every delivery is booked for a date you choose; there is no same-day option. Orders of $100 and over carry no delivery charge, and anything under that is priced at checkout.

The greeting is yours to write and it goes in at checkout. The card prints in Latin characters; Devanagari and other Indian scripts typed in its own letters is the one thing that will not come out as intended, so write it out in Latin letters instead.
Short is better than complete. There is room for a greeting, not a chapter.
Gifts sent from abroad, in order
These are ranked by how often senders outside the United States have chosen them since January 2023, not by what we would like to sell. The number beside a basket is its place in that ranking. India has not sent enough for its own ranking to be worth printing — a handful of orders would give a bestseller that is really an accident. The overseas ranking is used instead.

Before you order from abroad
Can I get something delivered today?
No — same-day delivery is not offered at all, to anyone. Every basket is assembled for a booked date, so the earliest possible day is whatever the product page shows for that address.
What should I put in the billing address?
Exactly what your bank has: street address, city, state and PIN code. The PIN code goes in its normal form. Getting it right is what makes the card authorisation go through first time.
Is delivery really free over $100?
Yes, on orders of $100 and over, and it applies to your order exactly as it would to one placed in Boston. Smaller orders show their delivery charge at checkout.
Can the gift card message be in my language?
Yes — anything in Latin characters prints exactly as you type it, accents and all. A message in Devanagari and other Indian scripts script will not print, so write it out in Latin letters instead.
Does the recipient have to pay anything?
No. The basket, any add-on and the delivery are all settled when you order. Nobody is asked for money at the door and no invoice follows.
Will they know what I paid?
No. No price, invoice or receipt travels with the basket. What arrives is the gift and the greeting message you wrote.
