How planned delivery works

Boston Baskets has no same-day delivery area: same-day delivery is not offered anywhere in Massachusetts. Instead, each gift is booked for a day you choose, and the checkout lists the dates and delivery windows open for the recipient's address.

Choosing the day

Pick the date at checkout. The dates and windows shown are estimates rather than promises, and an address near the edge of the delivery area may be reviewed before it is confirmed. Delivery costs nothing on orders of $100 and over; below that, the charge is shown before you pay.

At the door

No signature is asked for unless the order needs one, and an office delivery follows that building's own receiving routine. Every basket comes with a personalized greeting message.

Counties run A to Z, and each town opens its own page of the gifts sent there most. A town without a page, such as Springfield, Lowell, Brockton and Lynn, still gets delivery: gift baskets across all of Massachusetts covers it.
