Same-day delivery is not offered. Delivery dates, delivery windows, routing estimates, and fulfillment timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by Boston Baskets.

We are not liable for delivery delays or failures caused by couriers, delivery partners, weather, traffic, building access restrictions, recipient unavailability, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, restricted delivery locations, security desks, hospitals, schools, offices, apartment buildings, force majeure events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including recipient name, delivery address, company name where applicable, suite or unit number, phone number, delivery instructions, and any relevant building access information.

If a delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect information, recipient unavailability, access restrictions, refusal, or other circumstances outside our control, additional fees, redelivery limitations, or order cancellation may apply where permitted.
