About delivery
- Orders placed by 2 p.m. ET are prepared the same business day. Shipped by carrier; delivery time depends on the region.
- Choose an available date in the builder's delivery calendar.
- We need the recipient's full address and a number that reaches them.
- Where access is controlled, add the unit, buzzer or concierge details.
- Delivery is confirmed where that method provides it.
Adding a bottle
Alcohol goes in only if you add it and only where it is allowed. The recipient must be of legal drinking age and may be asked for government-issued photo identification at the door.
