Care notes
- Trim the stems at an angle before placing the flowers in a clean vase with fresh water.
- Remove foliage that would sit below the waterline and refresh the water every two days.
- Keep the arrangement in a cool location away from direct sunlight, heat, and drafts.
- Remove fading blooms as needed to help the remaining flowers stay fresh.
Flower varieties and colours may vary with seasonal availability. Any substitution should preserve the arrangement's overall style, colour palette, and value.

Allergy Information
- Flowers and plants are not edible. Keep them, their water and any plant-food packet away from children and pets.
- Fresh flowers and greenery carry pollen and scent, which can bother people with hay fever, asthma or fragrance sensitivity.
- Some stems and leaves have sap that can irritate sensitive skin - wash your hands after trimming or handling them.
If the recipient has allergies or pets, you may prefer to send a gift without fresh flowers or plants.

Delivery & Substitutions
Delivery
Boston Baskets delivers to homes and offices all over Massachusetts on the date you pick at checkout. Every order is planned ahead: there is no same-day delivery anywhere in the state. The dates and windows checkout shows are estimates, and an address at the edge of the delivery area may be reviewed before the order is confirmed. Delivery is free on orders of $100 and above.
No signature is collected unless one is needed. Offices receive gifts according to the building's own receiving rules, so give the company name, floor or suite and the recipient's phone number. If a perishable item arrives damaged, report it within 24 hours.
When something runs short
Availability may require substitutions that preserve the gift’s overall value, theme and design.
Fresh and perishable items
Choose the recommended delivery method at checkout. With slower shipping, perishable items may be replaced by non-perishable alternatives to protect quality.
Alcohol gifts are delivered only to adults 21 or over, following Massachusetts rules.
